Following widespread success, sold out tours, and critical acclaim as frontman of multiplatinum band The Revivalists, New Orleans-born singer, songwriter, producer, and multi-instrumentalist David Shaw introduced himself as a solo artist with his self-titled debut, David Shaw, in 2021. Beyond generating tens of millions of streams, it incited unanimous critical praise. Billboard hailed the single “Got Me Feeling Good” as “an uplifting, sing-along style anthem,” and NOLA.com applauded how “the album has a range of feel-good styles: fiery rock ’n’ roll, soul, funk, rhythm and blues and more. During 2024, he takes the next step on his journey. His second full-length LP, Take A Look Inside [OneRPM], strikes an intimate chord.
